Franklin Covey Services Nigeria proposes its licensing option to large corporations or organizations with wholly owned subsidiaries. Licensed organizations are FC sites with the option of running all or selected FC curricula. Organisations that should, typically, consider a licensing option are:

	Businesses with a large staff size, typically above 500 (five hundred) or organizations with wholly owned subsidiaries whose total work force numbers presents a critical mass.
	Those that have a critical need to manage their culture or who desire to transform the existing culture. In such instances a licensing arrangement will the company repeat runs of the programme(s), as and will enable programme customization to the extent that is required.
	Organisations that have persons who can act as internal Franklin Covey facilitators. This may be on a full time or part time basis – depending on the need.
	Companies that are interested in building principle-centered cultures and are thus willing to invest in same.
