 The Licensing Processes

Step Two  (In-House facilitators are Certified)

Thrust: One of the benefits of obtaining a license is to enable the organization run and facilitate FC programmes, as their own and at their convenience. This takes away any dependence on external consultants.

Steps: Identify persons who have the potential to facilitate FC programmes. Such persons must:

Have good character
   

Be respected by colleagues
   

Select an appropriate number of such persons for certification.

Certification requires:
 

Attendance as a participant in all of the curricula in which certification is desired.
   

Attendance of a certification workshop in the selected curricula.
   

Completion of post- workshop certification requirements.
   

Please note that the certification status of a certified facilitator lapses once s/he leaves the employment of the licensed organisation.
