I Know Just What You Mean – “Overcoming Roadblocks to
Effective Communication”
Experience show that though we “hear” well enough, we often
fail to truly “listen” to what has been said. Listening is a
skill – which needs to be learnt; it is not a natural gift. As
a result, our ability in this regard needs to be developed and
honed, as one would with any other skill. “I Know Just What
You Mean: Overcoming Roadblocks to Effective Communication”
will teach participants how to distinguish between listening
with the intent to respond and listening with the intent to
understand, and through thus to improve on their interpersonal
effectiveness.
|
This programme will enable participants: |
