BUILDING TRUST WORKSHOP

Participant Materials

The following materials will be provided to participants as part of the training package:

	Participant workbook
	Pre-programme materials and profile assessment
	Post-programme materials and profile assessment
The overall structure of the one-day Building Trust workshop is organised in three phases:
	Completing prework;
	Attending the workshop and participating in individual and group application exercises and viewing video segments featuring Stephen R. Covey and others;
	Completing postwork, which includes developing a personal action plan and completing a follow-up profile to assess progress.

The programme is currently available as an in-house programme. Please note that a report highlighting the relevant dynamics of such a workshop would be provided to client organizations post the programme.
