Objectives
This programme is designed to teach participants skills that
enable them to:

Recognise the importance of principles and their impact on the
quality of the decisions they make. Participants will thus be
taught how to identify values that align with principles, and
how to link them to their goals and objectives. |

Appreciate the fact that change comes with deliberate
decision-making and that the onus for such decisions evolves
from individuals who must possess a strong level of personal
leadership. The intent would be to challenge the participants
with the need to champion change in their respective
functions. |

Plan ahead for strategic achievements in line with their
personal and professional objectives. Tools and frameworks
would be provided to enable the participants identify,
prioritise and manage themselves towards achievement important
targets. They will also be introduced to a monitoring and
evaluation system. |

Understand the needs and perspectives of others. It will teach
skills for working cross functionally with others in an
atmosphere that ensures a deep appreciation of how different
skills and styles contribute to the overall success of work
groups, departments, ministries and organisations. |

optimal productivity at all times. Tools and processes will be
provided to enable participants manage themselves in this
context. |
Ultimately the programme will serve to increase personal
accountability and understanding. It will provide participants
with skills that promote inter personal leadership, and enable
