The Four Roles of Leadership programme is ideal for management
retreats at which whole management teams can together,
applying each of the Four Roles, jointly work on an identified
business and organisational initiative. The programme allows
for bonding and a common understanding of issues, while
providing the leaders with tools with which to ensure
